We just wanted to pass on a huge Thank you to your company for the service it provided for our wedding on 22nd September 2012. The limo we hired was fantastic! We have never hired a limo before, however have been lucky enough to get a ride in one on a couple of occasions in the past, but can say with absolute certainty Golden Gate has been the best so far! The other reason for our email today is to make a special mention of Ross, our driver for the afternoon. Ross was absolutely fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more courteous, pleasant and friendly driver. He definitely made our afternoon and was very calm, cool and collected when dealing with the lady from the chapel and our photographer, as it was obvious they had never driven a limo before and were telling Ross where to park and how to drive his limo!!! Ross was very professional and polite to them and got on with his job of driving and navigating through the course of the afternoon. We can honestly say that Ross is an absolute asset to your company and our day wouldn't have been the same without him. Both Clinton and myself have worked in customer service for many years and find it very difficult to get good service anywhere these days. Ross met and exceeded our expectations in every way, and we now know great service does still exist, however is very rear these days!! I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Ross and to your company, we hope that in the future when we hire another limo from you, that we either get Ross or someone as great as Ross to be our driver!! Good Afternoon, For our Wedding on 14th January 2012 - It was honestly one of the best Customer Service experiences I have ever had, your service was absolutely faultless and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody requiring a limousine. Some more feedback regarding your services . Firstly, our driver for the day was Murray and can I just say he could not have made our day more special if he tried! This man deserves a medal :-).He was early. Both Murray and the vehicle were immaculately presented. He was friendly and hilarious while remaining professional.He took the utmost care while helping me get in and out of the car all day. He made us all feel very special. We had an incident when we first arrived at our reception being that my dad was running late - I was a little emotional about this (I mainly put it down to lack of food all day) - Murray was brilliant, he got everyone except me out of the car and gave me the time to recompose myself (I swear I was not a Bridezilla) and as I was getting out of the car he made a joke the lifted the whole mood and made me laugh. Secondly, the driver we had from our reception to the Emporium Hotel was also magnificent although his name escapes me :/ .We got a free upgrade from a 7 seater limousine to a Chrysler 300C Super Stretch which was unexpected so thank you very much for spoiling us.He was early and as above both the driver and the vehicle were immaculate .He took great care of my dress It wasn't one big gesture that made your service great but was made up of all the little things and the personalities of your drivers. Good afternoon, Just a quick message to say thank you very much for a very memorable trip from Brisbane to the Gold Coast yesterday afternoon. I have had the pleasure of using your service in the past and am pleased to report this trip exceeded my expectations. The car and driver (Rob) were early, prepared with the details for the job and extremely professionally presented. I was impressed at how easily you were able to cater for our needs in terms of multiple pickups and drop offs (including one from a child care centre), taking a child seat and organising ice for drinks etc.. In terms of the car, I very much appreciated the opportunity to ride in your Chrysler 300 C Super Stretch-thank you! I thought it looked good from the outside, but the inside was even better-wow! The set up which allowed the group to pick and control their own music and DVD's (from a variety of discs provided) was really appreciated given we had a wide range of passengers in our group-from a toddler to grandparents. The lights, fit out, AV and all of the other features were first class and we all felt a relaxing sense of extreme luxury. For many in the group, it was their first time in a limousine and an experience that was made all the much better by a great vehicle and professional service. Overall, the whole group had a tremendous time and the experience is something that will be remembered for a long time. Finally, in terms of price) I found the service to be really good value for money (not that I am suggesting you should put your price up ). Tony (the driver) was really nice, and he certainly had a great sense of humour (although some of us were a little gullible). It made our uni graduation ball even more special by arriving up in a 11 Seater Chrysler. It was definately a memorable night (22/10/11). I will definately recommend this company to everyone I know. I would like to just inform you of the wonderful service we received from Golden Gate Limousines and also the exceptional service from our driver Dwayne for our wedding on Saturday 9 July 2011. Dwayne arrived on time and was only too happy to wait while we finished getting ready and having last minute photos. He was very friendly, professional, approachable and only too happy to help in any way he could. I'm sure it is all part of your service but Dwayne helped me in and out of the car each and every time I had to do it, had a spare towel in his car for me to sit on when the photographer wanted me to so that I wouldn't get my dress dirty and then another to wipe my hand when I got blue chalk on my hand. He kept drinks coming whenever requested and the snacks were just great. Dwayne really took the stress out of that part of the day, told us exactly what to do and what to expect when we first arrived at the venue with the photographer asking us to do things and having to wait for him instead. All in all, the service from GG Limos was fantastic, and having a driver like Dwayne just topped it off. The whole bridal party spoke very highly of Dwayne. Please pass on my personal thanks to Dwayne for making my day that little more stress free and for being a bit of fun. It's people like him that will get you return and future business

Dear Golden Gate Limousines, We hired your limo service last Sunday (4th July) for transportation throughout the day. We were fortunate enough to have Murray as our driver for the day and wish to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to him, as well as letting your company know about the exceptional service he provided to us on our special day. From the beginning of the day until the end, Murray went out of his way, well and truly beyond our expectations of his role to provide us with exceptional service. To begin the day, Murray ensured the wheels were covered, assisted me (the bride) to get to the limo and in the limo. He provided me with last minute essentials that I had forgotten including water, a towel to sit the flowers on so as to not damage my dress and tissues. On arrival at the church, as the bridesmaids were getting themselves ready to walk down the aisle, Murray ensured that I was calm, gave advice to my father so as to not stand on my dress and got my dress and train ready for me. After the ceremony, as we were having photographs around the grounds, Murray came and found me and offered me cold, bottled water which was much appreciated. When the photographer wanted to take photographs near the limo, Murray ensured that my dress was not getting damaged and changed the wheel covers. Before departing, Murray ensured the rest of the bridal party was taken care of with champagne, soft drinks and water. On arrival at our second photo shoot venue, we realised that we had taken a set of keys which were needed by my parents back at the church. As we were getting our photographs taken, Murray took control of the situation, arranging a cab to collect our keys and take them back to the church. This was definately above and beyond Murray\'s role and we were very appreciative. Please extend our gratitude to Murray personally, for his amazing service and attention to detail. He helped so much in making our day perfect, taking on extra roles and ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely professional, helpful and well mannered. Hello, We wanted to share our experiences with other people so they would know what they were getting from this company. We had planned our wedding ourselves, And we started it back in December 2008. With all the preperations going to plan, I had forgotten about the Wedding cars. 3wks to go and im emailing around, And getting Quotes, And all i got was -Sorry....We are booked out!. I finally got a hold of Golden Gate Limos - And to my surprise they had 2 available. Not only that, They had given us Quotes way cheaper then the ones we had before......I mean thay were like $500-$600 cheaper. On the final week we were getting problems left, right, and centre. The mens suits werent in yet, The bridesmaids dresses were mended wrong, What ever could go wrong, All went wrong. On Saturday 26/09, The Limos turned up on time. There were no hassles, No complaints. The drivers were very polite, Helpful, And we even enjoyed a few laughs together. Not only was i stress free, But this company had given us an upgrade on the vehicles without me knowing, And at no extra charge. This Company said to me when i asked for a quote, and i quote....We would like to be part of your Wedding. Well you guys were more than part of our Wedding, You guys were Angels. Hi, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the services provided by three of your limo drivers on 21st June 08. The day was such a blur that I have forgotten their names but their level of professionalism and friendliness will definately not be forgotten. My driver was absolutely fantastic! He was always nearby offering to help. He did such a great job that I should have had him as my Bridesmaid - he filled the role very well as my bridesmaids ditched me all day long. He was even ready with a tissue and mirror to check the makeup when I shed a couple of tears. He was also got me ready before walking down the aisle - as my bridesmaids had already gone down...without me even out of the car yet! Words can\'t express how thankful I am. The other two drivers also did a fantastic job - the bridal party were very impressed! To top it all off, we had ordered 3 seven seaters but on the day we were given one seven seater and two eleven seaters - that was a bonus and they looked amazing. Barry was the first driver that I had when I picked John up from the airport in the 11 seater stretch as a surprise - I was the one who got the surprise!!! Because I had to change my pick-up address at short notice, Barry arrived in the 11 seater when it was meant to be the 7 seater!!! I was blown away and Barry was so helpful in carrying out my plan, even playing a CD of Lionel Richie for me! Everything went so smoothly and the timing of it all was perfect! The second driver, Tony who drove us from the Hilton to the concert was a real comedian and he made our evening even more special. I asked him to play my Lionel Richie CD on the way to the concert but the response that I got was "Don't worry about the CD, it's been taken care of". I had no idea what he was talking about but I'm not one to argue. When we got into the limo, the Lionel Richie DVD was playing! That was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!!! That was our very first time ever in a limousine. I had saved hard to make it a memorable evening for me and my very best friend and your company certainly gave us a night we'll never forget for as long as we live!!! Lionel Richie said that he'll return next year and I will most definately be calling your company again for your services! My party of eight passengers experienced a most enjoyable time attending a concert last night, the unanimous highlight being your tremendous service with special thanks to Barry, our driver. For the majority of us it was the first time we had elected to travel by limousine, however after the efficient and courteous service we received, it certainly won't be the last! Barry was prompt, extremely patient whilst waiting for late passengers to show up, played and changed the preselected music by request (at the requested volume) and drove with style & grace. The vehicle was everything and more than we expected with it's luxurious interior trimmings setting the mood for an evening that won't be forgotten. Finally, after the tedious cueing we have experienced so many times previously in our own vehicles, it was a pleasant change to beat the traffic to and from the entertainment centre. I would just like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful service you provided on our wedding day - 14th May . Our driver was exceptional and played a part in making our day so special. He was professional, polite and made sure we were all comfortable & calm on the way to the ceremony....he even went so far as to make sure that our dresses did not get creased! As a bride it was invaluable to have such a wonderful driver when I was quite nervous! His humour and hospitality definitely helped calm the nerves. Again, on the photo shoot he was wonderful - the champagne was flowing and he made getting in and out of the vehicle a breeze (which anyone will tell you is a miracle when you have a hoop skirt and about 5 layers of tulle!!!) . So again, thank you for providing such a great service and I would gladly recommend Golden Gate Limo's to anyone who has an upcoming wedding.
